Warranty Policy

Warranty Claims:

DarkSide Emporium offer a 30 day return to base warranty on all products sold on Darksideemporium.com.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, and does not cover products deemed to be mistreated, misused, or used for purposes or under conditions a product was not intended for.

Our warranty policy does not cover change of mind or products the purchaser deems unsuitable for their use (wrong size, color, style) , so please chose carefully before completing a purchase.

 

Goods Damaged Upon Arrival or Significantly Different to Description:

If an order should arrived damaged or the product is significantly different to description, you must contact us via there “Contact Us” for within 24 hours of delivery, to arrange a replacement or refund. Failure to contact us regarding such as issue; within 24 hours of delivery will result in the claim falling under a warranty claim, and being subject to warranty claim terms.

We may seek further information about an order that has arrived damaged or significantly different to description before processing; and agreeing to a refund or replacement.

 

Claim:

To make a warranty claim, please fill out the contact us form with details of the reasoning for making a claim.

We may request further information such as photographic evidence of issues, proof of purchase etc before agreeing to a warranty claim.

Should we agree to a claim, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping fees. The product must be returned in it’s original packaging.

Darksideemporium.com will first seek to replace the faulty product, before offering a refund as a last resort.

Should DarkSide Emporium reject a claim , the decision is final.
